How DrivePH works

Follow these simple steps to rent a car from start to finish.

  1. Sign Up or Log In: Create a new account or log in with your existing credentials to access the platform.
  2. Complete Your Profile: Fill in your personal details including full name, mobile number (starting with 0, 11 digits), address, and upload a photo of your driver's license for verification.
  3. Browse Cars: Explore available cars by category (Family, JDM, Economy, SUV, etc.). Use filters to find the perfect vehicle for your needs.
  4. Select and Rent: Click on a car to view details and images, then tap the "Rent" button to start the booking process.
  5. Enter Trip Details: Specify your rental period (number of days), driver age (must be 18+), pickup date, emergency contact phone number, and any special notes.
  6. Choose Payment Method: Select from Cash, GCash, or PayMaya payment options.
  7. Complete Payment:
    • For Cash: Confirm your booking details. You'll pay in cash when you pick up the car.
    • For GCash/PayMaya: Scan the QR code or enter your payment details to complete the transaction immediately.
  8. Receive Confirmation: Get a booking confirmation with your reservation details and tracking information.
  9. Track Your Booking: Monitor your booking status in real-time from your dashboard (Upcoming, Ongoing, Completed).
  10. Pick Up Your Car: Arrive at the designated pickup location on your scheduled date with your ID and payment (if cash). Enjoy your rental!
